We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable. You are encouraged to discuss charges before services are performed.  Since all pets are different, we must assess your animal's individual health needs prior to preparing a written estimate. 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered or when your pet is discharged after hospitalization. We require a deposit prior to starting hospitalized procedures and/or treatments. We accept cash, personal checks with proper ID, Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover,  American Express and Care Credit. We do not bill for services.
